Prep Time: 20 min
Yields: 6 cups

Ingredients
1      cup Dutch-process unsweetened cocoa
a      pinch of salt
a      pinch cayenne pepper
3      cups powder milk or coffeemate
1      cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
0.5   cup powdered sugar
miniature marshmallows (optional)
peppermint stick, crashed (optional)

Directions
1) Mix cocoa, salt and cayenne pepper

2) Pour chocolate mixture, then milk powder into a mason jars to create two layers. Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips. (or with miniature marshmallows and crashed peppermint stick)

3) Store in airtight container.
